Chloe was born with marfans syndrome, and had severe health problems. Chloe had heart surgery at 8months old it was touch and go for 2 months but our little fighter pulled through and eventually came home. Chloe loved life and was a happy bright little girl who was so loved by everyone who knew her. Her brothers paul , chris, ashley ,and sisters kerry , and kirsty adored her she was their little sister . Her nanny and pappy loved her so much and would do anything for her.We spent alot of time in the bristol childrens hospital (her 2nd home chloe would say)
